What stays on the desk

Fidyh is a private wear desk for perfume bottles you already own. It does not run a member directory and it does not send bottle photos, voice notes, or comparison plates to Fidyh servers. This page describes data that can exist on your iPhone when you use the app.

Wears, bottles, and plates

When you log a wear, Fidyh stores the bottle name, a bottle photo or a two-letter symbol, weather chips, spray count, optional voice note, and your written note in the app’s private folder. High-resolution comparison plates are stored the same way after you confirm a plate. Removing a bottle keeps past wear logs, with the bottle name kept as a snapshot. Delete Account removes bottles, wears, plates, remaining Pulses, and private files on this installation.

Camera, Photos, Microphone

Camera is requested after you tap Take Bottle Photo or Camera. Photos is requested after Choose Bottle Photo or Album. Saving a finished plate uses photo library add access after you tap Save to Photos, so you can keep a private wear comparison plate. Microphone is requested after Add Voice Note. Declining a prompt leaves typing, chips, and symbols available. Fidyh does not turn those sensors on in the background.

Notifications and tracking

After Continue, iOS may show App Tracking Transparency, then the notification prompt. Fidyh does not use an advertising identifier to follow you across other companies’ apps or websites. Logging a wear still works if you decline tracking or notifications.

Purchases

Optional Pulses are Apple consumable purchases. Apple processes the payment. Fidyh keeps a local ledger of verified transaction identifiers and remaining Pulses on this device. Those credits cannot be restored after the app is removed or the desk is erased.
